CRADLE TO CAREER OVERVIEW DOCUMENT

This 4-page document is a great tool that begins with the community educational attainment goals, including 60% postsecondary completion for adults over the age of 25 in Muncie and Delaware County. The document then recognizes our community challenges with the 'Why?' and encourages mobilizing our community strengths with the 'How?' Perhaps the most significant part is the 'Who?' This document emphasizes that schools cannot do this alone, and that accomplishing our goals will take all community stakeholders working together in a collective impact system.
