Cradle to Career Muncie tracks data aligned with the ten markers on the Cradle to Career Roadmap to Success. At each marker, measurable data is available from which to track progress on outcomes and indicators. This data is significant, because success at each marker is pivotal to a person's pursuit of educational attainment. Falling short at any marker can have serious implications on one's ability to complete their postsecondary education. We know that, as of 2020, 65% of people need a postsecondary education to earn a living wage to support themselves and/or their family. With the courage to confront challenging disaggregated data and use it as a flashlight rather than a hammer, our community can work collectively to engage individuals and families from Cradle to Career.
